Venezuela state oil firm gave money to Trump inauguration

Venezuela has donated $500,000 to US President Donald Trump’s inauguration, newly launched data present.

Citgo Petroleum, a US-based subsidiary of the Venezuelan state-owned oil firm, is known as in papers filed with the Federal Election Fee.

The revelation comes because the Venezuelan economic system seems to be crippled by meals shortages, violent crime and inflation.

Different main firms named in the documents include Pepsi and Walmart, which gave $250,000 and $150,000 respectively, whereas house owners of NFL groups or their corporations gave greater than $5m.
